EIA-96 code

Codes 01 through 96 map in order to the E96 significant figures. 01 is 100 and 96 is the rounded last value.

Multiplier letters are Y 0.01, X 0.1, A 1, B 10, C 100, D 1000, E 10000, and F 100000. The letter Z is not in that list and is rejected.
